Turns out, for me, it's a lot easier to make a pot and then paint it than to do a painting and try to make the pot to look like the painting. Does that make sense? Well, ceramics have a lot of limitations like glazes, size, weight, cracking, and more. With a painting, you have paint and a flat surface so you can let it fly any which way. In this one, I did the painting first and couldn't glaze it like in the painting so I fired it then painted it with acrylics! The interior is a semi matte clear glaze over white stoneware,

 a creamy color.
